|Recommended: YesBeautiful apartments and grounds. — Very safe area and friendly environment apartments are very sound proof. Utilities are low and affordable. Grounds are well kept and property management easy to get along with and gets things done in a timely manner.

Maintenance is quick to respond and flexible and the staff is friendly and helpful. The neighbors are quiet and friendly and for the most part, keep to themselves without being disturbing or overly intrusive. I highly recommend Summerbridge apartments to anyone interested in these apartments.
|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — We really enjoy living here the staff is very nice and helpful. Anytime we have had an issue maintence fixes it promptly. The only thing about the appearance of the complex we have had an issue with is that all the shrubbery in front of our patio is dead otherwise it is beautiful.

I could not be happier here. The pool and patio area are great places to get together. The clubhouse is terrific. We held my son's graduation party there and my friends loved the complex. The staff is responsive if you have any questions. And the electric bills --- well they are awesome I have saved money moving here plus solar is great for the planet. I would highly recommend Summerbridge

The neighborhood and walls are so quiet that you forget that there are people living all around you. The office staff, especially Colby, are top notch professionals that go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and happy. The solar panels have reduced my electric bill by almost 50 . This neighborhood is such a hidden gem in Carlisle and I am grateful I found it.
