|Recommended: YesLOVE LOVE LOVE — Apartment is beautiful. Staff is friendly and helpful. We have only had one maintenance issue since moving in but as soon as we submitted a work order.. some one came to fix the issue immediately. Very safe complex. Would 100 recommend.
|Recommended: YesVery comfortable and quiet — I’m new to the area. This is by far the nicest of the places I considered. This is a very clean and pleasant apartment complex. The buildings are very well maintained and the apartments are comfortable. The floor plans are very well designed. Closet space is adequate. The large closet is big enough to get dressed in. I’d recommend getting a garage. They are inexpensive and a good place to store overflow. I’ve noticed some people use them exclusively for storage. The lighting is good, some lamps would be good to even things out. The solar panels do help with the electric bill. The clubhouse and pool are great, very well maintained and equipped. The lounge area around the clubhouse is a nice addition and the grills are very convenient. I probably take some things for granted, I really don’t have any serious complaints. The glass shower and bath doors are very attractive but might be a bear to keep clean for a larger family. I highly recommend a squeegee.

This is a Dog friendly community which is a plus. The surrounding looks Good. The inside of the apartments have everything you need plus is very high tech.

|Recommended: YesLiving in Paradise — Summer Bridge at Rock Ledge has everything I need. No more taking laundry back and forth, ample space for storage, 24 hour gym access, a refreshing pool in the summer, and so many fun activities held in the club house. I had a pipe burst while I was out for they day. Colby called me right away and got right on to the project. The workers were super friendly when I stopped in to get a few things while I stayed with family during the construction the apartments offered to put me in a hotel temporarily but I have family close by . I received calls every day on the plan, the progress, and the estimated time that I would be able to move back in. They had put everything back EXACTLY how I had left it and it almost felt like I was never gone. I missed my time away from my apartment but I would not have asked for any better service. This places fills me with overwhelming happiness
