|Recommended: YesVery nice — We like it a lot here, one day one of the staff members were in the hallway and even offered to take my boxes to the trash for me. Only wish there were a little more parking spaces where all the garages are it leaves limited parking but not too big of a deal yet.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place to Live — I love the way the apartments are laid out, the porches are small but nice to have, and the kitchen really sealed the deal for me. There are lots of amenities and they keep adding more... the pool is a hot spot for residents, the onsite gym, and the playground are great. Lots of families, young professionals, and retired people living here and it has a nice community feel.

|Recommended: YesNice place to live — Summerbridge is a great place to live. The apartments are up to date and very modern with energy efficient appliances. While rent may seem higher than normal for other apartment complexes in the area, the use of solar panels and all electric appliances, the cost of living is much less than elsewhere. Summerbridge also has lots of great things to do without leaving the complex itself.

|Recommended: YesA little oasis.... — I've been living in Summerbridge for almost 3 months. The complex is aesthetically pleasing and clean. Lawns are beautifully manicured and I love all the fake palm trees, it makes me feel like I'm living in Florida. The salted pool is so therapeutic and I really like all the walking paths around the complex.
The staff are very professional. Colby is helpful, informative and very kind. I'm very happy at SummerBridge.

|Recommended: YesA great pleasure to reside at this apartment complex — Summerbridge at Rockledge It's absolutely one of the top residential community, where staff is super friendly and all your concerns are handled in a professional manner. Apartment an interior are of high quality including all fixtures and appliances. Living in this apartment is so peaceful and pleasant with so many conveniences included. The office and lobby are totally mesmerizing including all amenities, and there are plenty of activities available to do during your free time.
