The maintenance crew is always quick to fix problems and very friendly as well. The place is very efficient so your electric costs are very very low. Awesome place to live
|Recommended: YesSummerbridge is the nicest complex in the entire area. — Summerbridge is spotless inside and out. Many thoughtful design features make the apartments much classier that competitors. The office staff is super friendly and helpful.
|Recommended: YesAmazing — The complex grounds were always clean and well kept. The pool and grill area were always clean and convenient to use. The apartments themselves are gorgeous and very spacious. We had a unit that was just built and were the first ones to live in it. We had did have some issues with the electric. As far as noise goes, you could sometimes hear people in the hallways, but other than that all you heard was quiet. The workers at the front desk were always pleasant and easy to work with. I would highly recommend Summerbridge to anyone. I would have stayed if i were able.

|Recommended: YesColby, his family facilities and apartment are amazing — Nicest apartment in the area, absolutely love it. Only issue is sometimes not having adequate parking in front of the building. And once in a blue moon some pretty chaotic neighbors or events that are not SummerBridge’s fault.
