Amenities such as pool, gym recreational room are all well maintained also has conference room that can be used for parties or business meetings, easy use of grills, the staff is very professional, friendly. Maintenance issues are taken care of professionally and in a timely manner.

|Recommended: YesReally Great Community — While it does have it's flaws, it is one of the better places to live for apartment renters. I would highly recommend it to anyone, it is secure and safe, friendly, well-placed, well-kept, and it keeps peace of mind. Neighbors have helped us out plenty, and we have had only a few problems, all of which were resolved in a timely and sensible manner. We really enjoy it here
|Recommended: YesNice Apartments — Nice interior apartments, good quality construction, and large living and bedroom space. Parking is a little tight, so if you have issues with having to park away from your building I recommend an apartment with built in garage. Can't wait for the pool and clubhouse to open to make it even better here
|Recommended: YesExcellent Living at SummerBridge — My children and I have lived at SummerBridge now for over 6 months. It has been an absolute pleasure living here, especially due to the excellent staff working behind the scenes to make this a great place to live. Our property manager and maintenance staff are top notch - always very quick to respond, always professional and very polite. They truly care about making your living experience here as pleasant and enjoyable as possible. They are very understanding. Parking is good overall here. Sometimes, usually late at night, it could be difficult to find a spot close to your entrance door - but that is out of the control of the property staff - they can't control the number of visitors to the apartment complex and if tenants park multiple cars here at times. The staff here has taken steps recently to help relax the parking situation and overall, parking is just fine here. Overall, the noise level is perfectly fine here. Sometimes you can hear a neighbor putting something up on a wall, etc. But after all, we do live in an apartment complex - you have to expect to hear neighbors from time to time. It's the nature of living in an apartment and people need to realize that. But overall, he noise factor is not an issue here - it's very good The grounds are amazing and are kept up beautifully at all times I have a palm tree right outside my window It's awesome. The palm trees around the facility really make a nice touch to the resort style living we enjoy here. The landscaping is beautiful and well thought out. All we need is an ocean view across the street and you'd think you really were at a resort The grounds are a highlight of this apartment complex and very much appreciated. Along with that, the construction is superb. Modern fixtures, great layout and design, just excellent. The solar panels on the roof make for an amazingly energy efficient unit to live in. I have saved hundreds of dollars just over the winter on my electric bill by living in such an energy efficient apartment complex here at SummerBridge. I can not stress this point enough - the energy efficiency and how well these units maintain warmth over the winter is amazing And the cost savings with solar panels on the roof is incredible. So thankful for that This is simply a wonderful place to live. Everything that the staff here does have control over, they exceed expectations in doing everything they can to make your living here as pleasant and enjoyable as possible. I am very thankful for them and for all they do for us. I would highly recommend SummerBridge to anyone who is looking for higher class apartment living

|Recommended: YesFriendly diverse neighbors — I am senior widow with a dog as my only companion. I was very nervous moving to a new place. I can't say enough about my wonderful neighbors. An active senior couple across the hall - above me a young single mom of two young boys - upstairs across hall a young family of 7.- and all very friendly. I have settled in nicely and recommend Summerbridge to anyone. Side note - so far my electric bill has been 15.00 each month
|Recommended: YesLow-Hassle Living — Close access to downtime Carlisle, yet far enough to not be caught up in daily late college events. Couldn't ask for better access to 81 or back roads to 34 or Ship Neighboring area is quiet and friendly.
Do wish there were areas to plug in an electric car 120 or 240 volt , and slightly better locks on the apartment doors that wouldn't allow indoor roommates to lock out others even if they do have a key . Guest get confused when you have to go get a key to let them out the front door.
